Canadian pianist Louis Lortie’s appearance at the festival with an all Chopin-program will be one of the Festival's highlights. 

One of the finest and most celebrated pianists of our time will fully dedicate his concert to one of the most pivotal and beloved composers for the piano, Frédéric Chopin. 

Mr. Lortie’s highly acclaimed integral recording of Chopin’s works on the Chandos label underlines his rank as a true expert and ideal interpreter of Chopin’s music, fluctuating between exhilarating virtuosic and deeply moving, poetic pieces.
